The cooking courses are directed to all that want to learn to cook directly at own home with facility, having one Mastrochef all for them.

The lessons are divided into two ways:

DAILY COURSES

Length 3 hours
From Monday to Saturday
From 17:00 to 20:00

The daily courses are directed to persons that have not time and want to learn. On the length of 3 hours will learn first: organization itself before to begin to cook. Then will be ready to create the dish step by step. In this course it be possible to create a complete menù or a tris of first dishes, or only second dishes or only vegetables, ect.
At the end of the course, the dish will be organized with the essential decorations, showing it under an elegant aspect and the final tasting of all that it is been cooked.

FULL IMMERSION COURSES

Length 6 hours
Saturday and Sunday
From 14:00 to 20:00

The full immersion courses, are directed to all those persons that have more time. In the 6 hours lenght of course it will be learn to cook a complete menù on basic themes, on example Saint Valentino's day. In additional with the Paolo Cianchino's help you will create a tris of tasting of first dishes. At first: organization itself before to begin to cook. Then it will be the creation of the program of the menù. At the end to complete the dishes it will make simple packings so as to introduce the decorated plate, not only the taste but also the eye wants its part. In order to conclude it will be had a dinner with all the cooked menù.
