Who are

WHO ARE


Paolo Cianchino, was born in Syracuse, as a child has an inordinate passion for culinary art, in fact little boy followed his mother from the stove at home learning the most traditional Sicilian recipes, at the age of 12, makes his first plate "spaghetti alla carbonara". At the end of his studies began to cook as a hobby to a friend's house, which as always are increasing; the holidays are the order of the day, assistant chef at a popular restaurant in Ortigia. In 2006 he began the performance at the casual Osteria what you find, and in 2007 with Osteria Apollonion Academy of Sicilian cuisine. Various experiences as a Personal Chef, Banquets, Birthdays, wedding anniversaries, buffets and summer parties at the private level. In 2008 through collaboration with the Italian Association Personal Chef, various Meetings / Dinners for LG Electronics Italy Spa for the promotion and testing of LG DuoChef convention oven / grill / microwave. In the same year he collaborated with the Consortium for restocking Gulf of Syracuse as a consultant and member of the Evaluation for the project Tastes and Traditions of our sea and Siracusan territory forgotten taste, funded and issued by the Department of Cooperation, Trade, Craft and Fisheries Sicily. In 2009, working occasionally as a chef for "Hotel Spa Domus Mariae Benessere per te in Syracuse" also available for individual counseling restaurants or facilities concerned. Based on the "Facebook group" is steadily rising.

Anno 2008:  Performance as a Personal Chef for Occasional Meetings / Dinners from LG Electronics Italy Spa, in collaboration with the Italian Association Personal Chef, for the promotion and testing and certification of LG DuoChef convention oven / grill / microwave

Anno 2008:  Participation as members of the Evaluation for the project Tastes and Traditions of our sea and Siracusan forgotten taste , organized by the Consortium for the fish population on the Gulf of Syracuse financing issued by the Department of Cooperation, Trade, Craft and Fisheries Sicily.
