When we arrived the plans were very different: Paul had cooked in s big way, as its was usual to make, and the scent was arrived from the entry road. "Entry, Entry" - Paul screamed - "this evening you will taste one wonderful thing will" debuts that evening entering and watching the full table, my eyes and my stomach they were already full. Regards, kisses, jokes, let's go to the table. You know that I am against to the new tastes, maybe habitual; Paul introduced me a pasta made by himself, i think that it called "Marcepaolina", if you want believe me or not, the first taste my sadness was finisched. The different and new tastes and smells, transported me far away into parties and exotic places; Yes his pasta changed my evening and my humour: this is what the Paul Cianchino Chef and his kitchen, are able to do, he put you to travel with the mind, the taste, the palate. Paul is a cooking artist; he is for me a person who with few ingredients will make you happy, a wizard, a professional of the feelings on the table.
